Everest basecamp, Namche/Gokyo/Cho La/Basecamp and back

Hi there!
As a big final to my stay in Nepal I want to go do the Everest basecamp trek and Gokyo lakes. I have no plan on taking a guide but all is negotiable. I would like to find someone who would like to come with. I am not a super trekker, have some experience but I will not be super fast. As it is a long trek I do want to have the space to spent more then one day in one place so I’m not one for a tight schedule. For the start of the trek I haven’t decided yet if it will be Jiri or a flight to Lukla although I would rather not take the flight in as I don’t have a very large budget. Please feel free to message me!

  1. Hi Leonora,

Ben’s my name, I’m originally from NZ but live in Australia (Melbourne), I fly into Kathmandu this Saturday and have purchased a flight to Lukla on Sunday, I’m not planning to use a guide, I’ve only got 2 weeks, which means I’ll take as long as possible to trek up to EBC and come back as quickly as possible. If any of that works for you let me know. P.S If I have the time I’d like to go via Cho la Pass and Gokyo

  2. Hi Ben,
Sounds nice but unfortunately leaving on sunday is not an option for me sorry. I also think that 2 weeks is a little short to do basecamp and Gokyo as I would like to take some day’s for acclimatizing
