Annapurna Base Camp Trek

I am looking for partners to complete the Annapurna base camp trek starting on the 21st of July 2017. I am hoping to do this within 8 days (finishing the 29th July). If you are experienced in trekking or if we manage to get a good group together I am happy to do without a guide. Get in touch, Freddie

  1. Hi Freddie, I’m arriving in Pokhara tomorrow and hoping to do a similar trek. My dates are pretty flexible, I’m just concerned about the weather conditions but willing to give it a go. This is my first time doing a trek like this but I’ve heard it is very manageable without a guide. When do you arrive in Pokhara? Do you wanna arrange a catch-up?

    • Hi,
We’re a group of 3 at the moment leaving early saturday morning, returning on Friday (7 Days of Trekking). If you would like to join you are more than welcome. We have already booked a guide who we have trekked with before (he’s a great guide) and he costs $25 USD between however many people end up coming, so the more people the cheaper.
Obviously you will have to budget for food and accommodation which is relatively cheap and you will need to get your trekking permits tomorrow.
We will be in OR2K in pokhara tomorrow at around 12:30 if you would like to come along and talk to us.
Look forward to hearing back from you

  2. Hi both, my friend and I are in Pokhora now, looking to leave tomorrow for the Annapurna Base camp trek. Also looking to do it without a guide to save on money etc. Is there any chance you can join us?

  3. Hey sorry for the late reply, having wifi trouble. I don’t think I would be ready to leave today as I still need to get my permit and some extra gear but could be ready to leave tomorrow if you guys wouldn’t mind waiting? How many days are you hoping to trek for? I need to be back by 30th. Let me know if you’re still interested and we can arrange a meet up.

  4. Hey, I’m Mat, Wicenty’s friend. We haven’t left yet, we’re happy to leave tomorrow! We also need to get a trekking pass etc. Looking to sort it this afternoon at some point. Could arrange to meet in Pokhara at some point this afternoon to sort stuff etc?
