Annapurna Circuit or Everest Base Camp

I arrive into Kathmandu on the 29th of September and wish to do a 3-4 week trek around either the Annapurna Circuit or Everest Base Camp (I am currently torn between the two!).

I’m hoping to find someone/others of a similar age and ability who would like to do one of these routes too – and we could share the cost of a tour guide/Sherpa.

With regards to starting dates – I am pretty flexible as I am not on a tight timeframe.

I’d love to hear from you if you’re looking to do something similar on your visit to Nepal.

  1. Hi Honor 🙂 Im am currently in Nepal and im going to do a trek about Oct frist. I have a lot i places Where i want to go but since I am staying here for 3 months I am open to most trecks.

Im a fairly experienced trekker but since this is my frist treck in Nepal I would like to go with a group. I carry my own stuf and maybe even a tent. Bugdet is also low so I am also looking to share the cost of a guide.

    • Hi Tobias,

Thanks for your message – sounds like this could work! Will you be in Kathmandu on the 29th/30th of September? And would you be interested in doing the Everest Base Camp trek? I’d definitely like to hire a guide and so sharing the costs would be great 🙂

  2. Hi, if you want to join me for kanchenjunga here is my trip, i am alone right now but might be with a partner soon. We start the trek on the 1st because nepal has public holiday’s from 1st till 5th so need to make permits before that.

  3. Hi again. Mt everts base camp sounds great. It don’t have to be that ways but if 3 people were to go it would be good for my budget.

Have you talked to any travel agencies? I will do some research here in Thamel in any case 🙂

If your up for it I would like to go, message me if your interrested. Maybe for for some tea or beer when u arrive in Kathmandu

    • Hi Tobias,

That sounds good! Any luck with agencies?
