Annapurna Circuit Trek

Hi everybody! My name is Fabrizio and I am from Italy! I just graduated so i will spend this period of my life travelling around the world =)

I love mountains and nature in general and I am an alpine rock climbing instructor at the Italian Alpine Club. I do every kind of activity on the mountains such as skiing, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, canyoning…I just love mountains! =) I really love to travel, discover new cultures and meet interesting and open minded people, so i guess that hiking together in the beautiful himalayan peaks would be great! =)

I will arrive in Kathmandu on October 12th and I’m planning to start the Annapurna Circuit around the 15th/18th of October. After the trek i will help in building a school near Ghorka as a volounteer.

I will arrive in Nepal alone but i would extremely like to share this experience with a bunch of people! I live in the Dolomites in Italy and I am an alpine climbing instructor at the Italian Alpine Club and I’ve done several long treks in my life, so it’s time for Nepal! I want to enjoy the culture and all the beautiful landscapes that Nepal offers so i don’t want to rush during the trek.

My plan would be the following (it could be changed whenever we want of course!)

Besi Sahar – Bhulbule – Ghermu – Tal – Chame – Pisang – Manang —-> Tilicho Tal (here I could hire a guide for two or three days to visit this beautiful lake under the giant massive of Annapurna) —-> Manang – Thorung Phedi – Muktinath – Kagbeni – Marpha – Larjung – Ghasa – Tatopani – Ghorepani – Tadapani – Chomrong – Landrung – Pothana – Dhampus

Of course all this plan could change for any reason, it is just an initial idea of the trip!

I am super excited about this trip and i would really like to do it with you guys!!! Hope to hear from you soon!

Ciao!

  1. Hey Fabrizio,

this is Johannes from Germany. I also recently graduated and start to travel around the world next week. My first stop will be Nepal from the 11th of November on, so pretty much the same time as you will be travelling.

I also want to do the annapurna circuit and i really would like to share my first nepal experience with other nice people 🙂

Maybe we should get connected if you’re interested to hike with me.

    Just let me know 🙂

    • Hi! Did you mean october or november? Because we all will start around October 15th more or less, so please tell me your exact dates of arrival in Nepal! November would be too late for sure

  2. Hey Fabrizio!
My name is Skye, Im from South Africa.
Planning on doing a trek in Nepal around the middle to end Oct. nothing set yet and always open to changes. Your plans sound pretty good.
Iv been traveling and working around the world for the past 7 years. When I’m not backpacking I’m working on a Yacht in the Med (mainly in Italy haha). Last year I spent a few month traveling and trekking in South America where we did some amazing high altitude treks. Not saying I’m a pro but I’m sure I can handle some tough walking 🙂
Anyway would be awesome to trek Nepal with a couple cool people. Let me know.

    Skye

  3. Hi Fabrizio

Are you in Kathmandu now? I just got here too. Trying to get set to begin the ACT as soon as possible. Let me know if you’d be interested in joining up 🙂

    Katie

  4. Hey man! I’m currently in Pokhara and ready to start the ACT any day from the 16th. Your itenerary sounds sweet and as for me I’m pretty flexible with anything route related since I got all the time in the world (okay actually just one month). Would be cool to team-up!
