Annapurna Circuit Trek

Hi there,

I’m looking for anyone to join me on the Annapurna circuit trek. I’m flying into pokhara today (4th of sep). Hoping to start the trek on the 6th. I fly out of Kathmandu on the 23rd of September so hoping to trek for about 14 days. Excited to meet like minded people who are looking for a bit of a challenge during the monsoon season!

  1. Hey Amanda !
I’m Jeanne, I’m French (but lived in the US so there wont be any problem understanding each other ahah) and I arrived in Katmandu yesterday. I am planning on doing my trekking permit tomorrow in Ktm and then start trekking on tuesday or wenesday depending on transportation. (I could be in Pokhara on tuesday for sure)
i would love to share the adventure with you!
I have already trekked in India before, but first time in nepal!
If you’re still interested in trekking with someone let me know 🙂

  2. I do study in Zurich. I am originally from Pokhara and arrived in Pokhara today. I also fly out of ktm on 23rd. But preferably I want to start on 8th as I want some rest now. So, here is my schedule. Let me know if any of you want to join.

    So here is my plan:

bus and jeep to Chame (2600m) (“may be” in 1 day)
    Day 3:
    Upper Pisang (3300m)
    Day 4:
    Ngawal via Ghyaru. (3700m)
    Day 5:
Kangshar. (If not feeling well in Ngawal stay an extra night in Manang (3500m)) (3700m)
    Day 6:
    Tilicho BC (4200m)
    Day 7:
Visit the lake (4900m), hike to the Shree Kharka lodge.
    Day 8:
Throng High Camp (4900m). (or Thorung Phedi 4400m if unable to)
    Day 9:
Muktinath (3700m) via Thorungla Pass (5410m).
    Day 10:
Kagbeni (2700m) (back up day, if it takes longer in manang, we avoid this)
    Day 11:
Jomsom (2700m) (very early if you want to catch the flight the same day, get transportation)
    Day 12:
    Fly/bus to Pokhara
