I’m looking for a photography partner, who’d like to be photograph along with the nature 🙂 I love taking pictures of nature and also having people inside the frame to compare it with. Usually my type of photography is like these in my Instagram https://www.instagram.com/iswanarif/ Photographer friend is also very welcome so that we can share tips and experience while on the trip 🙂

  1. Hi Iswanto!
It’s not that I want to be in the photographs as much as I hope to learn from you while on the trails! Like you, I love taking pictures of people doing outdoor activities… but I have no technique whatsoever! You can check my Instagram to know a little more about me: @sofiagreenwood I’d like to start my trek on the Annapurna on the 13th or the 14th. I have a very rapid walking pace… but I’ll need a few breaks… to take pictures and enjoy the view!

Let me know if you are interested in trekking together!

    Sophie

    • Hello Sophie! I could start the hike on 12th or 13th but I sure hope to meet you there! I should be back to Kathmandu by 28th so I’d hope that I can complete that AC + Poonhill before that date. You wouldn’t be in the photograph that much, it’s just that once in a while I’d love to have some other trekkers in the picture 🙂

Would love to meet you there Sophie! Any idea on how should we keep in touch when we are there?

  2. Hi Iswanto,

I am arriving KTM on Nov 12th morning and hope to start the 13th or 14th. I also am a photographer although I prefer people in my photos more than just landscapes but can gladly share some tips along the way. I plan to go light and just bring the t2i with a 10-20mm.

    • Hi Aaron! Let’s meet there! I’m arriving at 12th afternoon. I’ll be bringing quite some photography equipments with me so I hope I can keep up with your pace. Any ideas on how we communicate when we are there?

  3. I will send you a message, I plan to get a nepalese sim card when there.

  4. Hi there Iswanto!

I will also arrive to Kathmandu the 12th of November, and after a couple of days in the city to buy the trekking gear and plan a little bit better the trek, I will head to the Annapurna region to start the circuit.

Your photos looks really good, congratulations! I like also taking pictures (I could say that I am beginner photographer) but sadly my camera (Canon 40D) died in a trip. I will only have the chance to take the GoPro and maybe a basic Canon DSLR. I would love to make you company in the trip while taking photos and sharing the experience of the trip 🙂

By the way, this are some of my photos: https://flic.kr/ps/35GEp1

  6. Hey Iswanto and everyone else,
