Annapurna Circuit Trek

Hey there,

My name is Rebecca, 28 from Ireland. I have previous experience on trekking/hiking, but not at very high altitudes. I am looking for relaxed, positive people to join on this adventure!

I will fly into kathmandu on the 16th of september, planning to start the annapurna circuit on around 20/21s September.

Hoping to use the NATT guide to navigate away from the jeep roads as much as possible – so much scenery & nature to enjoy who wants to stay on the road!

I have 25-30 days max to complete the Circut and hence I plan to enjoy the extra acclimatization walks and trails inclu. Tillicho lake, poon hill for example.

  1. Hey Rebecca,

my name is esther and i am planning the annapurna circuit on NATT-trails as far as possible as well.
i will arrive at kathmandu on the 18th of september in the morning. have a bit less trekking time, but could – depending on the time -shorten the trek from jomsom.

if you think that could work (espec. the time of starting??), would be great to hear from you.

    regards,
    esther

  4. Hi Everyone,
I’m also looking for people to team up with for the AC trek. I arrive in Kathmandu on 17th Sept and hoping to start trekking around 20th, but fairly flexible. Not planning to rush round, so the NATT trails and some of the side treks seem like the way to go.
    Cheers

  6. Hi Rebecca,
My name is Jo, I am 31 and from England. I too have some previous experience of trekking including once at high altitudes (kilimanjaro). My hiking partner has broken her shoulder so had to cancel last minute so I am on the hunt for a new one(s)!

I fly into Kathmandu on the morning of the 22nd September and plan to start 23rd/24th September if you were able to start a couple of days later?

I was planning to trek as far as Jomsom and given myself 16 days (max) to do it, including some acclimatization walks (and definitely avoiding jeep fumes!), so could join you up until this point?

    Jo

    • No Jo that’s so unlucky for your friend!! I’ll be arriving in Pokhara tomorrow night, reckon I’ll chill for a day or two while I get ready to trek! Will you be about?

  7. Hi Rebecca!

I’m in Kathmandu now, and also looking for partners for the AC circuit or Goyki Ri trek. I’m set up in a house right off of Patan Durbar Square – let me know if you want to meet up to see if our plans could match up. I’m in Nepal until at least late November, so I’m pretty flexible. Cheers!

  8. Hey. I’m looking to find some people to trek with on the Annapurna circuit. I’m also keen to do some of the side trails. I’m in pokhara at the moment and free until about 7th October. So quite flexible about when to go.
