Annapurna Circuit Trek

Hi all,

I currently reside near Bardia National Park, Nepal for research on seed dispersal by Asian elephants. From the 31st of May I will be in Pokhara to prolong my visa, after which I have about one month of traveling left.

I would like to trek the Annapurna Circuit without a guide or porter so we could go at our own pace and choose our own teahouses to spend the night. I would love to find a trekking partner for companionship and safety!

At home, I love running, mountainbiking, photography and being in nature. I have some experience with short (1 week) treks in Laos and Cambodia. Being a student, I do not have much money, so I would like to go quite cheap.

I am open to other trekking suggestions!

I will be flying out of Kathmandu on the 27th of June.

  2. Hi Maayke, Planning to independently do the ACT around the same time. Ive done the Everest Base Camp trek in 2011 and the ACT and the ABC in 2013 so I’m fairly experienced with trekking in Nepal and the ACT. We could join forces if you like.
