Annapurna Circuit Trek (with side-trips)

I’m planning a trek of the full-circuit starting from Besisahar and finishing in Nayapul. I would like to follow the new Natural Annapurna Trekking Trails (marked in red and white, that take you away from the roads).
Side-trips that I’d like to include are to the Ice Lake and the Tilicho Lake (depending on the state of the trail to Tilicho)
I arrive in Kathmandu on 30 October, will need to spend one day there to sort out trekking permits, etc. Then take the bus to Besisahar on 1 November, starting the trek on 2 November, aiming to be finished on either the 22 or 23 November (my return flight departs from Kathmandu on the 25th). I’d like to spend a day or 2 in Pokhara at end of the trek.

If anyone is interested in joining me for part (or all) of my trek, please get in touch.

Jim

    Cheers
    Tomas

    • Hi Tomas, if you are starting the same day as me from Besi Sahar (1 November) we could possibly start together and see how things go from there…

  4. Hi Jim and Tomas,

I’m heading for the same trek as yours and am available for a start between Nov 1st and 2nd. If you guys are open, I’d also like to join your group and see how things fan out.

I do have a wider range of time though, so at the end I’ll probably continue to finish with the Annapurna base camp on my own or with others we’ll have crossed along the way.

    • Thanks for your response, I’m still intending to start the trek from Besi Sahar on the morning of 1 November. I’m flying out from the UK tomorrow evening and should arrive in KTM on Sunday afternoon. On Monday I will need to get hold of my trekking permit and TIMS card, sort out a bus ticket to Besi Sahar.
Very excited about this trek 🙂

      Tomas
