Clarke-Thelon

The Clarke is a tributary of the Thelon, rocky and scenic with numerous rock garden rapids class 1.5-2, all of them runnable. The best time for the Clarke is late June because it’s largely snow fed and tries to run out of water by mid-July. The Thelon is famous for its history more than its scenery. Six days on the Clarke and eight to twelve on the Thelon. Air charter drop and pick up $4000 each plus canoe rental.
