Dhorpatan Trek

For a detailed plan: see image.

An off-the-beaten path trek that isn’t too challenging! The Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve lies a day’s drive west of Pokhara in the shadow of Mt. Dhaulagiri. A remote trek with the chance of spotting wildlife, interacting with locals and Himalayn views that only few travelers experience!

I’m travelling solo, and I contacted 3 Sisters Adventures for a female guide (no porter, so be prepared to carry your own bag). I’m looking for 1 trekking partner for this trek! Please contact me if you’re interested!!!

  1. Hello,

I’m thinking of booking a last minute trip to Nepal and would love to do some trekking. I have only been on a couple of treks in my life so a partner would be great for some motivation. Just wondered if you would be interesting in hooking up for this?

    Thanks,
    Alex 🙂

  2. Hello Liesbeth,
I am also a solo-trekking woman, looking for a partner. I am for the first time visiting the Himalayan region. Thus, I am looking for a trek, which is “not too challenging”. Your plans sound interesting to me. Are you already on fixed schedule with 3 sisters?
In KTM, I found a guide, who would do with me the Manaslu Trek with Tsum Valley (where there are some hidden nunneries up in the mountains).
Is this an option, you could also think about? It would also be a guide-only-tour (backpacking by yourself).
    Love to hear from you,
    Rita
