Everest Base Camp Trek

** Dates are fixed as flights have already been booked hence I am not able to consider any deviation in schedule. **

I will be flying into Kathmandu on 31st August and leaving Kathmandu on 15th September.

From Kathmandu, my plan is to fly into Lukla on 1st September to start the trek. I plan to fly back to Kathmandu via Lukla upon the end of the trek on 12th September (+/- a couple of days for buffer).

I hope to meet like-minded trekking partners. 🙂

  1. Hi Cherish,
How do you plan to navigate to EBC without guides

    Regards
    Shaun

    • I’ve heard the route is relatively clearly marked. Nevertheless I’m open to considering using a trek agency depending on prices / value of services. 🙂

  2. Hi Cherish,
I am planning Annapurna base Camp during Sep-Oct 2019, may be do EBC in 2020, i am new to trekking, want to take it slowly, ABC has max height of 4200 m. May be can catch up there.

    Cheers

  3. Hi!! I was planning to do the trek to the ebc roughly around September/october! I don’t know how this forum works but is there any way to get in contact via private messages? Cheers!

  4. Hi Cherish,
My friend and I are doing the EBC trek on the 3rd of Sept 2019. We have made a booking through an agent for around $600 (which includes flights to Lukla from Kathmandu and 1 porter/guide and all permits. Food NOT included)
We’re flying to Ktm from Mumbai on the 1st and will be starting our trek on the 3rd.
    Cheers
    Rashid

  5. Hi all
I am flying to Kathmandu on 28th August and landing on following day. I have been living in England for last 20 years originally from Nepal. I will stay in few days in Kathmandu to meet my family and friends. I am planning to start my trek on 2nd of September. Everest base camp or Annapurna , one of them is in my mind. my whats app is +447796673370. Lets in touch

    • Hi Himal, I have fixed my start on 1st of September for EBC. I am not able to consider any change in dates nor trek – however if this is alright with you then we may try to figure something out.

  6. Great whats app me if you can

  7. Hi Cherish have you booked accommodation and guide. I speak Nepalese and I am not considering to hire a guide. May be porter and guide cost can be shared if needed. I haven’t booked my flight to Lukla as yet. My cousin who owns reputed travel agent in Kathmandu mentioned that there is very little chance of rain in the Everest region in early September. If the sky is clear Everest is the most tempting. I have return flight on 23rd September. If weather is good after Everest I am planning to do upper mustang from Pokhara. Rashid 3rd would be bit slightly late. Please update guys

    • Dear Himal,
Sorry we can’t adjust the dates as all flights and accommodations booked. Also we’ll be travelling to Pokhara after EBC. I have sent you a message on wa. Kindly check.
Hope to meet you’ll there. Take care
