Everest Base Camp Trek

Hi guys! I’m currently planning an Everest Base Camp ascent during late August, travelling via jeep to Salleri and flying back from Lukla. I’m looking to do this independently with one or two people to motivate and support each other. I love hiking and exploring new places and this will be a fantastic challenge for me! I’m excited for each day, the people I’ll meet and the things I’ll do! I’m a person who loves to wake up early, seize the day and make the most of every opportunity. I hope you are too! If so, it will be perfect!

My intinerary looks like this:

Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Salleri 9-10 hours drive.

Day 02: Trek from Salleri to Ringmo. 5-6 hours.

Day 03: Ringmo to Paiya. 5-6 hours.

Day 04: Paiya to Phakding. 5-6 hours.

Day 05: Phakding to Namche Bazaar. 5-6 hours.

Day 06: Namche Acclimatisation Day

Day 07: Namche Bazaar to Tengbuche (3870m). 5 – 6 hours.

Day 08: Tengboche to Dingbuche (4350m). 5 – 6 hours.

Day 09: Dingboche to Lobuche (4950m). 4-5 hours

Day 10: Lobuche to Gorakshep and hike to Everest Base Camp (5365m). 8-9 hours

Day 11: Hike to Kalapatthar (5545m) and trek down to Pheriche (4200m). 6-7 hours

Day 12: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar/Manju. 5 – 6 hours.

Day 13: Namche Bazaar/Manju to Lukla. 5-6 hours.

Day 14: Fly back to Kathmandu.
