Langtang

Update May, 6th: I have booked a guide who I walk with to Annapurna Base Camp. So, if anyone wanna share this guide with me, just contact me. Start of trekking: departure Sunday, May 7th.

Hi! I am looking for a travel buddy. Today (29.04) I’ve booked my flight to KTM (arrival May, 05 early morning). I have been in Nepal for 4 times before: 2014 Everest Base camp, 2015 Annapurna Circuit (standard, no side-treks), 05/2016 Gokyo/Renjo Pass and 09/2016 Annapurna Base Camp. I am an individual trekker, walking slowly, enjoy the landscape, making photo stops and breaks whereever and whenever I want. There is no hurry to follow a fixed schedule on the trek like groups do it when they are in hurry in the morning only to keep the schedule. I better enjoy my coffee in the sun 🙂

So this time I THINK about trekking the Langtang area (Gosainkund, Surya Peak, Laurebina-Pass). My flight back to Germany is May, 22

2014 I made additional some “light” trekking around Pokhara with a Girl from India.
2015 I made the Annapurna circuit with a guy from England (which I met on EBC).
I would say, I am an affable companion 😉 with a good portion of sarcasm and ironic humor. Yes, I am experienced in trekking but I am not a SUPERIOR sports guy. I keep it easy!
Maybe at the end of the trek (if there is time left) spend some days in Pokhara to relax&chill out .
Anyone out there who wanna do this trip too or any other area? 😉

  1. Hi Michel, have you already figured out your plans? I am planning to leave on 6th for a short Gosainkund trek (fast-paced), let me know if you want to share transportation to Dhunche! 🙂

  2. Hi Aurora,
Thanks for reply. But I need one more day in KTM. So I will start earliest May, 7
    Have a good trip!
