Three Passes Trek
I’m flying into Lukla the morning of November and I would ideally like to leave that morning to start the trek. I planned my trek to coincide with the Mani Rimdu celebrations(there’s some info on those here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tengboche_Monastery#Mani_Rimdu_Festival) on the 4th, 5th , and 6th of November so I’d like to stop in Tengboche for at least some of those days. Other than that, I’m pretty flexible. I’m mostly looking for trekking partners for safety reasons, so that none of us are crossing the high passes alone, so even if you only want to meet up and trek together for the passes, that sounds great to me, but I’d also be happy to do the whole trek together. Let me know!
I’m 22 years old and just graduated university. I’m an experienced hiker but mostly at home here in the United States and in South Africa. Nepal and high altitude are both new to me, so trekking with a partner seems the sensible option. Fairly laid back and open to changing plans for weather or any other reasons.Reply
