Tsum Valley, Manaslu and Nar Phu

I’m arriving Nepal on February 28th and expect leaving between 3th and 5th of March for a 30-35 days trek through Tsum Valley, Manaslu and Nar Puh. Starting in either Gorkha or Arughat and depending on mood at that time probably trekking out to Begnas Lake but can eventually also be by Thorung La etc.

I’m an easy going 61 years Danish male who already have a guide with whom I earlier trekked Everest and Annapurna (1988), Arun valley/Salpa Pass (1992), Langtang & Helambu (1995) and Gosainkund to Helambu (2005).

About fitness I can’t tell before I’m into it again– but as well my guide as I are not quite as young as we used to be, so we are not to run through the route.

Is there someone who due to rules and regulations eventually can be interested to join, sharing expenses and experiences?

  1. Hi Stener- I am interested in this itinerary. I am a relatively fit 55 year old from the US. I will be in southern Nepal starting the 20th of Feb.

    • Hi Scott!
Great to hear from you – right now I try to figure out how to reply you in a pm.

  2. … and hope that I now have succeded ?

  3. its really nice to know your love for Nepal and your Guide. I only wish may be someday you would trek with my company….anyway i hope you could have a great stay at Nepal.

  4. Hej Stener.
